China Construction Smart Land Beijing Chenyuan Wangjing Ecological Villa

Project Location: Beijing

Product Name: T-Max Tile_O

Installed Capacity: 216kW

Installed Area: 1500m²

Design Advantages: As one of the first projects implementing China's "Good House" construction system, this project is located in the Wangjing Ecological Villa Area of Chaoyang District, Beijing.

Leveraging a high-end residential foundation with a low plot ratio of 1.4, and adhering to the core construction logic of "people-oriented," it aims to create a benchmark for green and low-carbon residential areas.

The project innovatively applies T-Max Tile_O photovoltaic tiles, breaking through the limitations of traditional photovoltaic panel installation forms and scenarios.

Customized tile design achieves seamless integration of photovoltaic building materials with the building's roof shape, preserving the building's original aesthetics while providing rooftop photovoltaic power generation functionality.

The project creates a smart energy consumption model of "self-generation and self-consumption + energy storage and regulation," efficiently revitalizing building photovoltaic resources,

enriching the practical connotation of the "five-good integration" of the "Good House" construction system, providing a practical model for the green upgrading of high-end ecological residential areas,

injecting green momentum into new urbanization construction, and establishing a replicable and scalable low-carbon living model.

Energy saving effect: It provides the building with approximately 259,000 kWh of green electricity annually, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 194 tons.
