The project utilizes Jiasheng Optoelectronics' customized and colored "Colored Glaze·Colorful" product, employing advanced digital glass printing technology to create a colored photovoltaic skylight, applied to the racecourse grandstand,
adding a technological and artistic touch to the entire building. Designed by world-renowned architects HERZOG & DEMEURON, the building aims to become a world-class landmark with international influence,
further promoting sports exchange and cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong. This project has won the highest-level award in the global BIM industry, becoming a model of cooperation and exchange between Guangdong and Hong Kong.
Energy saving effect: The building is equipped with 3350kW of photovoltaic green building materials.
Based on the local daily radiation and power generation efficiency, it is estimated that the building will provide about 4 million kWh of green electricity per year, reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from the combustion of about 1200 tons of coal,
which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by more than 3600 tons.
