These elements are seamlessly integrated with the customized patterns of Colored Glaze·Colorful, showcasing local characteristics and ethnic styles, giving the building a unique regional cultural identity.
The project generates 100,000 kWh of electricity annually, meeting the building's electricity needs and achieving a balance between building power generation and consumption.
The town focuses on serving the innovation and entrepreneurship of returned overseas students, aiming to build an innovation and entrepreneurship park and cluster for them.
It fully leverages the open policy advantages of the Hainan Free Trade Port, attracting high-level global talent to innovate and start businesses, contributing positively to Hainan's construction of a national science and technology innovation system,
and supporting the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port and high-quality economic and social development.
Energy saving effect: The building is equipped with 60kW of photovoltaic green building materials. Based on the local daily radiation and power generation efficiency,
it can generate 240 kWh of electricity per day and provide 87,600 kWh of green electricity for the building per year. This reduces the greenhouse gas emissions from burning 24 tons of coal,
which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 54.72 tons.
