Project Location: Pinggu District, Beijing
Product Name: Colored Glaze·Colorful
Installed Capacity: 10.6kW
Energy Storage Capacity: 10kWh
Installed Area: 97㎡
Project Advantages: As the first integrated urban renewal project in Pinggu District combining investment, design, construction, and operation,
and selected as a benchmark practice for the comprehensive renovation of old residential areas in the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Typical Cases of Urban Renewal (Second Batch),"
the project transforms an idle boiler room into a green and low-carbon neighborhood living room, becoming a vivid example of the integration of urban renewal and low-carbon transformation in old urban areas.
The project utilizes Colored Glaze· Colorful BIPV photovoltaic curtain walls, significantly reducing construction difficulty and renovation costs through integrated design,
shortening the renovation cycle by more than 30%; lightweight photovoltaic modules effectively reduce building load,
providing a practical and replicable solution for photovoltaic renovation of old residential areas and buildings with insufficient load-bearing capacity.
The project incorporates a 10kWh energy storage system and a scientifically designed BIPV photovoltaic curtain wall on the boiler room walls.
This precisely matches the building's electricity needs, enabling self-sufficiency in green electricity for public area lighting. Simultaneously,
it injects green energy into the creation of a green, low-carbon science park in the area, deeply integrating photovoltaic technology into everyday life and empowering the green revitalization and quality upgrade of Pinggu's old urban area.
Energy Saving Effect: Provides approximately 4600 kWh of green electricity to the building annually, achieving self-sufficiency in public area lighting, equivalent to a reduction of approximately 3.45 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
