The interior atrium's air-blown design, combined with a scientifically proportioned skylight, avoids overheating issues in summer from the building's core structure.
Simultaneously integrating advanced technologies such as "Colored Glaze·Colorful" green building materials, municipal ground source heat pumps,
fresh air recovery and replacement, green building materials, and steel structure prefabricated construction, this multi-dimensional approach constructs a highly efficient energy-saving system.
It collaboratively helps the project achieve the three-star green building standard, providing a feasible practical path for the integrated development of digitalization and low-carbon construction in the industry,
and accumulating valuable experience for Beijing's national smart construction pilot city construction, empowering the deep implementation of dual-carbon goals in urban renewal and the construction sector.
Energy Saving Effect: Provides approximately 184,000 kWh of green electricity to the building annually, equivalent to a reduction of 138 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
