ENERGY CHINA Building (Phase II)

Project Location: Beijing

Product Name: Colored Glaze·Colorful

Installed Capacity: 133.3kW

Installed Area: 1182.5㎡

Design Advantages: One of the first near-zero carbon building demonstration projects in China, a key national R&D project for near-zero carbon building technology during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

It integrates multiple green technologies such as the "Colored Glaze·Colorful" series of green power generation building materials, high-performance curtain walls, and ground source heat pumps.

It is the first to break through the fusion technology of optical nano-coating and large-panel design, using a zigzag shape to match the aesthetics of the building's surface while meeting shading and heat insulation requirements.

By employing a technical approach of "significantly reducing load, improving system efficiency, adjusting energy consumption structure, developing photovoltaic resources, providing real-time data feedback, and guiding low-carbon office practices,"

the building's load and energy consumption structure were optimized, achieving dual control targets for energy consumption and carbon emissions. The overall carbon reduction rate reached 56.62%,

with building carbon emission intensity as low as 21.66 kgCO₂/㎡·a and energy consumption intensity controlled at 43.48 kWh/㎡·a. All indicators met the near-zero carbon building requirements of the "Zero-Carbon Building Technical Standard,"

demonstrating significant demonstrative value for promoting the low-carbon transformation of similar buildings.

Energy Saving Effect: Provides approximately 160,000 kWh of green electricity to the building annually, equivalent to a reduction of 120 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
