Project Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu Province

Product Name: Black Brick·Dalle/Colored Glaze·Solar Hand

Installed Capacity: 90kW

Installed Area: 1260㎡

Design Advantages: Suzhou's first government-invested national-level high-quality BIPV demonstration benchmark building.

To implement the livelihood project of Fenhu High-tech Zone, the Wujiang District People's Government of Suzhou City invested in the green renovation project of the Conflict Mediation Center.

The project utilizes a suspended external shading system, environmentally friendly materials used in all scenarios, a rooftop photovoltaic system, a rainwater harvesting system,

ecological greening of open spaces, and natural ventilation and lighting. An 80kW Black Brick·Dalle system was installed on the building facade, and a 10kW Colored Glaze·Solar Hand system was installed on the skylight.

Through technological transformation and operational improvements, the original building was upgraded to integrate "clean energy, green building, and lifestyle advocacy."

After the upgrade, the building's overall energy saving rate in the office area increased to 85%, and it is equipped with an 80kW/h energy storage system, aiming to create a comprehensive solution for a carbon-neutral community.

Energy saving effect: The building is equipped with 90kW of photovoltaic green building materials. Based on the daily radiation and power generation efficiency, it can generate 158 kWh of electricity per day,

which can power 20kW of network-connected devices (calculators, printers, etc.) for 8 hours a day and 7kW of lighting system for 24 hours a day. It provides 57,500 kWh of green electricity to the building every year,

reducing the greenhouse gas emissions from burning 23 tons of coal, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 19.04 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 0.69 tons.
