Design Advantages: State Energy Group's first commercial office building BIPV energy transition demonstration project. Located on Xutai Road in Binhai New Area,
Tianjin, and adjacent to the Rongwu Expressway to the west, the project enjoys convenient transportation. A total of 425 blue-black Colored Glaze·Colorful series panels are installed on the building facade,
north-facing roof glass, and south-facing roof slope. These panels combine artistry with non-toxic and environmentally friendly power generation. Under sunlight, Colored Glaze·Colorful enhances the building's technological feel.
In addition, the project is equipped with a 30kW string photovoltaic inverter, adopting a "self-consumption" power supply mode, adjusting the building's power consumption in real time according to the building's electricity usage.
Energy saving effect: The building is equipped with 98kW of photovoltaic green building materials. Based on the daily radiation and power generation efficiency,
it can generate 231 kWh of electricity per day, providing 8 hours of clean power for the 28kW central control system and powering the 3kW lighting system to operate 24 hours a day.
It provides 84,600 kWh of green electricity for the building every year, reducing greenhouse gases produced by burning 33.84 tons of coal, which is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 28.02 tons and sulfur dioxide emissions by 1.02 tons.
