Guizhou Zhongjian Research Institute Zero-Carbon Park Renovation Project

Project Location: Guiyang, Guizhou Province

Product Name: Colored Glaze·Crystal Clear/Colored Glaze·Colorful

Installed Capacity: 730kW

Installed Area: Approximately 4500㎡

Design Advantages: As Guizhou Province's first benchmark project for zero-carbon industrial park renovation,

this project leverages the full-industry-chain technological advantages of the Guizhou China Construction Research Institute.

Adhering to the five-step approach of "diagnosis, assessment, investment, renovation, and operation,"

it promotes the revitalization and upgrading of old industrial parks. Addressing the pain points of some buildings exceeding 50 years in age,

low energy utilization, and high carbon emissions, the project innovatively integrates two core photovoltaic products,

Colored Glaze·Crystal Clear and Colored Glaze·Colorful, to create a large-scale photovoltaic system.

The project employs diverse photovoltaic applications such as photovoltaic skylights, photovoltaic curtain walls, photovoltaic carports,

and photovoltaic color steel insulation integrated panels, deeply integrating them with photovoltaic-storage-direct-flexible systems to construct a green energy supply system adapted to the renovation of old industrial parks.

This precisely matches the zero-carbon energy needs of the entire demonstration park, becoming a model for zero-energy renovation of existing buildings in Southwest China using photovoltaic-storage-direct-flexible systems as the technological path.

This model achieves a perfect integration of photovoltaic building materials with the architectural style and functionality of the industrial park. Furthermore,

by combining production capacity with energy conservation and promoting both carbon reduction and carbon absorption, it drives the park to achieve energy balance and carbon neutrality goals,

providing a replicable and scalable Southwest model for the zero-carbon renovation of old industrial parks nationwide.

Energy Saving Effect: Provides the park with approximately 876,000 kWh of green electricity annually, equivalent to a reduction of approximately 657 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
